Minimum Order Requirement

• All orders must meet a minimum product value of $400.00 (before tax and shipping) to be processed.

Processing and Transit Time

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.
• Processing does not occur on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after the cutoff time, or over the weekend, will begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

• Our warehouse is located in Williamsport, PA (ZIP 17701)
• The estimated delivery time, once the package is picked up by FedEx Ground, is based on the transit times provided below.
• Transit times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)

Shipping Charges and Zones

1. Continental United States (Contiguous 48 States)

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders with a product value of $1,500.00 or more.
• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders with a product value range of $400 - $1,499.00 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $44.00.
  

2. Outside the Continental United States

This includes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and all international destinations.

• Free Shipping Exclusion: Orders shipping to destinations outside of the continental U.S. do not qualify for the free shipping promotion.
• Real-Time Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated in real-time and applied to your order based on your delivery address, package specifics, and the carrier service selected.
